Brian and team took less than two hours to replace my Mitsubishi mini-split system in the sunroom. That included removal of old system, install of new, a thorough systems check, and a detailed discussion of maintenance requirements. The team was great: Friendly, clean, professional. It was a pleasure to have them. Really like the way RBP stands behind their product and service with free check-up and cleaning at the 6-month point. Again, very professional.

Had my new HVAC system installed by RBP today. From the time the crew got here until the time they left they were awesome, no complaints at all. They were flawless all the way. Same goes for the Salesperson I met with earlier in the week. I have no doubt this new Trane HVAC system will provide us many, many years of comfort without any major problems. If I do have a problem down the road (not expected), I know who to call because I know it will be done right by professionals who know their trade. Do yourself a favor and call Robert B. Payne for your HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed. I'm a happy camper.

Last Saturday, Brian can to evaluate a POPPING SOUND. RBP was the third Heating Company that had assessed my problem and the first to determine what my problem was. Brian not only discovered the cause but also corrected the problem for a minimal cost. I am so please with the results that I will transfer my maintenance contract to RBP as soon as it comes up for renewal. I can not overstate my appreciation for the service received from RBP.

Extremely happy with Robert B. Payne heat pump fan stopped working this past Thursday...called Payne on Friday morning and 2 Service Technicians visited my house Friday evening...they diagnosed the problem and told me they would need to order a new fan for the heat pump...they said the fan could take a week or more to arrive but they would do their best to expedite...they really did expedite because the following Monday, they called to say the fan had arrived and they scheduled installation for next day (Tuesday)...the technicians (Bryan and Jonathan) just completed the fix and the air conditioning is working great..I have the Silver maintenance plan with Payne and they really delivered timely, expert service....

Came home 1:30 pm on a Tuesday to find no A/C and 96 degrees outside. Called RB Payne 1:45 pm, received a return call 2:10 pm to say technicians were on the way and expected to arrive within 15-20 minutes. AND THEY DID...1:25 pm two techs appeared, checked the air handler, replaced the capacitor and had the cool air blowing by 3:00 pm. My two dogs and I are fans for life!

We love love love our new Trane HVAC system! After years of struggling with our system that was installed by home builder we contacted RB Payne for an evaluation. We found out we needed a new system and the duct work was inadequate. Work was started in one week and installers Chris and Austin were wonderful. Purchased a new TRANE system 3 years ago From Robert B. Payne, Inc. Have had 3 service calls (regular tune-ups) since then. System is flawless, service is unmatched by any other business of any kind I have ever dealt with. Words fail me to describe how pleased I am with this company. They have ruined the competition\'s chance to steal this customer. Every service person, and every one I speak with on the phone at their office is the epitome of professional courtesy and service. If you are looking for AC service or a new system, look no further.
